Plate Waste Studies

UT Farm Stand will be conducting Plate Waste Studies this semester as part of our mission to reduce food waste on campus. Plate waste study days are a great opportunity to participate in an ongoing research project. In addition, you get a FREE MEAL every time you volunteer.
