Gardening 101 Class - Concho Community Garden - Wednesdays

In this lesson I learned about vermiculture composting which is basically the process of using worms, food scraps and water to create a nutrient rich soil. It rebuilds the soil thus making it environmentally friendly. Personally, the sustainment of the environment is very important to me so it was nice to pick up on these methods of doing my part in helping the environment.

One of my biggest beliefs is the importance of education and being able to help kids with their schoolwork let's me live out that belief. It also gives me an opportunity to make a positive impact on a child's academic life.
