    It was really exciting to see before and after pictures of the areas we worked on; you don't really realize how much change you make as you're working until after you're done.

    Helping the kids pick up after activities and answering questions related to what was being taught in class was a good experience. I also noticed that everything was a lot more efficient, when there was help, so I can see how volunteering is a positive thing in every situation.
