If you would like wireless internet access for your organization, send an email to civicengagement@austin.utexas.edu. Please include your organization's business address, phone number, and a contact name. This information will sent to our IT department so they can create guest access accounts for the day of the fair.
***NO SHOW/CANCELLATION POLICY***
If we do not receive 24 hour advance notice for non-attendance, organizations will be automatically placed on the wait list for future fairs. Though we understand emergencies occur and weather changes, please make every attempt to notify our office 12 hours before the fair so that we may offer your spot to organizations on the wait list.
