Event Description | Ligustrums, chinaberry, Nandina, and Chinese pistache don't belong in our parks and greenbelts, but they are all over the place. As they overwhelm the native plants, they squeeze out the nesting spaces, food sources, and resting places for many of our native fauna. We have a wide range of tasks you can do to help tip the balance back in favor of the natives—from scattering seeds to ripping small trees out of the ground. |
