Volunteered on-site at the houses planting trees, painting the exterior of the houses, and cleaning/preparing the houses for cementing. 10/10 experience, I enjoyed volunteering with Austin Habitat for Humanity

It was the perfect weather for a great work day. We worked on multiple houses around the community from painting, to measuring and cutting wood for the roofs to applying tarp on the roof, to making fences and digging fence posts. There were plenty of volunteers and still so much to do.

On this day a group of us went to the UT Habitat for Humanity Restore where the grand opening was held. We helped keep everything flowing and helping out with other tasks that we were asked to do. It was a great experience coming together with the community to help with the grand opening.

Shack-a-thon was a good volunteer opportunity. I really enjoyed being able to help build a shack while also raising awareness of affordable housing to people.

I had a really fun and nice time, covering the house with tarp and painting the house for this home owner. The task was very fun and it was made personal with the help of the homeowner.

Doing a work day with habitat was an amazing and fun experience! We got to help the homeowner paint their home and it was great meeting my fellow habitat members!

I had a great time helping the Habitat for Humanity at the Dodgeball tournament. I did minor tasks such as controlling the music, acting as a sub referee, and helping the players.
