Micah 6 Food Pantry

Micah 6 is coalition of 11 congregations that collectively operate a food pantry, drop-in center for street youth, and a freeze night shelter near the University of Texas. Each week the pantry serves 450-500 families. The drop-in center serves 15-30 youth every Sunday. Volunteers come from member congregations, other congregations, UT student groups or have no affiliation beyond wanting to join in the important work of feeding hungry residents of Austin.
