The BIG Event 2020

Description
The BIG Event is a nationally recognized day of service that connects students to local service organizations. Our service is BIG by cause, not only by size. The BIG Event's goal is to exemplify the ideals of synergy and service by promoting civic engagement within the St. Edward's community. The alumni, faculty, and students come together to say one BIG thanks on one BIG day through service-oriented activities.

The 16th annual BIG Event will be held on Saturday, April 18th, from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Check-in will be held in the Alumni Gym. Volunteers are advised to drive or carpool to their sites, although vans will be provided in case volunteers are unable to accommodate. T-shirts will be available on a first come, first serve basis while supplies last.

IF YOU ARE A GRADUATING SENIOR and are interested in having your BIG Event hours counted toward your commencement cords, please email the Office of Community Engagement at engage@stedwards.edu before the day of The BIG Event to notify them of your attendance.
