Saturday, November 4th, 2017 from 9:00am to 11:00am (CT)

Come get your hands dirty!

We will be making bluebonnet seed bombs to distribute on the Shoal Creek Peninsula the next weekend (11/11). We will be able to see our "handy" work in springtime when wildflowers and bluebonnets will make the peninsula a burst of springtime color!

We'll be working in teams of 2-3 people, so SIGN UP WITH A FRIEND or YOUR KIDDOS! This is a family friendly activity.

All materials will be supplied. Seed bombs will not be available to bring home for personal use.
Be sure to dress for the weather (hat, layers, sunscreen) and bring a FILLED reusable water bottle to stay hydrated. A wet hand towel (that can get dirty) in a sealable bag is also recommended.
BYOCC (Bring Your Own Camp Chair)!
Parking DetailsThere is a small parking lot near Shoal Beach at Town Lake Metropolitan Park. You can also find street parking near the Gables on Town Lake, The City Hall Garage, or at Trader Joe's. If you park at a meter, be sure to put in a few quarters in case you arrive at your car a little later than 11 (the meters usually start ticking at 11am).
