During the UT Winter Break the Office of Admissions will offer two amazing student volunteer opportunities. The first, Postcard Project, is a perfect opportunity for you as current students to reach out to recently admitted Longhorns via postcards. As a volunteer you’re provided with a short script that you can use if you want, but you can also improvise. This is not a hard sell. It’s just a fun and casual way to connect with admitted students. The second event, Life as a Longhorn, student panels is a great way to share your UT story to admitted students who are from your hometown with other current longhorns by your side. Our goal for both of these events is to excite our recently admitted students about becoming a longhorn! This is a personal and unique way to connect with future longhorns.
