Hello Longhorns, welcome to the second UT Farm Stand of the Fall 2016 Semester!
We are looking for hard-working, inspired volunteers to help us out on Farm Stand day! We are going to need people at all times, especially before and after operating hours during set-up (10:00a-12:00p) and tear-down (5:30-6:30p). During operating hours we will have several roles to fill including: Outreach & Education, Baggers, and Stockers. This is a great opportunity to get hands-on experience with your campus farm stand, and we provide hours for those needing them for classes! Farm Stand is a fun environment and we are looking for volunteers who are willing to work hard and have fun!
Please feel free to contact our Volunteer Coordinator, Samantha Haight, at samhaight@utexas.edu with any questions or concerns! We will ask, after you sign up for a shift, that you fill out a Volunteer Questionnaire to gather some more information about you - feel free to get a jump on it by filling it out early. There will also be a mandatory orientation for any volunteers seeking to work during operating hours (12:00-5:30p) - so keep that in mind when signing up for shifts!
Lastly, we are aware that those of you volunteering with us are students most likely with classes on Thursdays. Because of this we are understanding of your time, so our shifts attempt to be as flexible as possible - communicate your availability with us and we will work with you!

We require that you are a currently enrolled University of Texas student.
