Location Change!! Meet at Community Table: 350 Spottswood Dr.

Help the Campus Kitchen pack backpacks for distribution alongside meals to area children!

In accordance with CDC guidelines we recommend all volunteers bring a mask or other face covering to their shift.

RARA has kindly agreed to have volunteers of RARA pack and distribute backpacks. Volunteers must sign a volunteer agreement with RARA when they arrive, if they have not done so already!

If you have any flu like symptoms, or believe you may have been exposed to COVID 19 please stay home! CKWL is implementing changes to keep shifts in line with CDC recommendations around social distancing, handwashing, and sanitizing, and we encourage groups already in contact (families, roommates, etc.) to volunteer together to minimize potential contamination.
Requirement DetailsWondering if you should register to volunteer? Based on the CDC guidelines, we are asking you the following questions:
  1. Have you or someone in your household traveled to a country on the CDC’s Level 3 watch list in the last 30 days? At this time, these include China, Iran, Italy and South Korea. These may change. See the CDC’s guidelines for the most up-to-date list.
  2. Have you been exposed to someone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19? See the CDC’s risk assessment guidance.
  3. Do you have symptoms consistent with COVID-19? Symptoms can include a fever, cough or shortness of breath. See the CDC’s symptom information.
If you answered "yes" to any of those questions, we ask you not to register. We are doing all we can to align with best practices and keep our community healthy.
