Keep Brevard Beautiful’s 38th Annual Trash Bash, held in conjunction with The Great American Cleanup, will be held on Saturday, April 4, 2020. Trash Bash began as a community cleanup initiative but has transformed into a countywide environmental education campaign. The event kicks off with an art contest amongst Brevard County's middle and high school students. The students are tasked with creating a design that advocates for environmental protection, as well as communicates our mission and theme, “Be Drastic, Cut Plastic”.

In 2019, twelve municipalities rallied 1,200 volunteers and removed 54,035 pounds of debris from our community. As a bonus, the cleanup site with the most trash and volunteers receives a $500.00 check to donate to a charity of their preference.
